On behalf of our members we:
Our members are drawn from all corners of East Renfrewshire and beyond: businesses big and small, from the private, public and not for profit sectors, reflecting the diverse nature of business here. We have a high number of micro businesses and home workers in the area, and the membership of our Board reflects this business demographic as far as possible.
Realising that we cannot realistically compete in terms of size, we very deliberately offer a range of alternative and complementary services to our members from that of our neighbouring larger Chambers. We have made a policy decision to keep our membership fees as low as possible and, as such, we are not affiliated to Scottish Chambers of Commerce. This would have made our fees prohibitive and in line with the larger chambers.
Our vision is to be the best small chamber in Scotland.
