   Chambers of Commerce comprise the world’s largest business support organisation.    In the UK, membership is voluntary and the Scottish Chambers, along with the British Chambers of Commerce, are prominent members of the worldwide movement of Chambers.

3. East Renfrewshire Neighbourhood Watch Association
   This association was established to encourage and coordinate NHW activities across the area, to develop more effective channels of communication within NHW and with the police, to share best practices in the search to reduce crime and the fear of crime, to help manage the various NHW schemes across East Renfrewshire and to establish funds for appropriate NHW activities. Also to support the current 100 Group Coordinators and their 6200 members, 85 businesses and 3 places of worship.

   Business Gateway is a partnership with Scottish Enterprise, Scottish Executive and Local Authorities. Their mission is to support economic development in Scotland. By bringing together a range of key services Business Gateway delivers an effective one stop shop to help you grow or start your business.
    
5. East Renfrewshire Council
   Through their Economic Development Team East Renfrewshire Council provide a quality business support service to new and existing businesses by means of developing, managing and delivering a range of programmes in partnership with the Business Gateway and local partners.    Safe and Healthy Working is part of the Scottish Centre for HEALTHY WORKING LIVES and provides a new occupational health and safety service for small and medium sized enterprises in Scotland.

   The Health and Safety Commission is responsible for health and safety regulation in Great Britain. The Health and Safety Executive and local government are the enforcing authorities who work in support of the Commission.

   Scotland 's Health at Work is a National Award Programme (Bronze, Silver and Gold Awards) which rewards employers who demonstrate commitment to improving the health and ultimately the performance of their workforce.
