How to apply for Settled Status and Support to EU Citizens in East Renfrewshire
Based on National Records Scotland figures, East Renfrewshire has an EU National Population of 2,000. The Home Office figures for August 2018 to end September 2019 highlighted that only 23.5% have applied for Settled Status in East Renfrewshire.

The application can be done online, and with support from East Renfrewshire Citizens Advice Bureau or any library in East Renfrewshire.
There is a national helpline for EU Citizens and the Helpline number is 0800 916 9847. It is open from 09:00 to 17:00 from Monday to Friday with a voicemail facility for out of hours.
It should take approximately 30 minutes to apply and the UK Government is encouraging all EU, EEA and Swiss citizens to make an application.
