Patricia seeks out and identifies suitable new supply chain partners across all trades, attending and facilitating events such as “Meet the Buyers” whenever required and actively promotes the advantages of membership of our supply chain to industry SMEs. Once engaged, Patricia then promotes the business of new supply chain partners internally to our project teams, monitors their performances on our contracts, liaises with their managers to review that and organises and oversees any required assistance or improvement training for them, in conjunction with our project Sub-contractor Relationship Managers.
